Paleo 10.1 - depression and headaches

I wanted to add that I've been reading up on success stories in the forums and found that many people who had a history of migraines/headaches and depression have seen drastic changes after migrating to Paleo. This is great news for me. I wonder if it will also help with my social anxiety?

  1. i think the interesting thing is that the majority of people will not post their failures, which would result in skew towards only positive data when in fact, the % change based on following a diet isn't actually that high. (i.e. it looks like most people lose weight and have less headaches, when actually its more like most people lose weight but continue to have said headaches).

  2. Well in the forum I asked for their experiences including side effects. The mAjority said the only thing is that they no longer can eat junk withought feeling like crap. I think the benefits come from not eating packaged and processed foods.

  3. thats really just their body becoming weak. or more likely they overate on junk food. i'm not going to say i eat super healthy, but i'm confident in saying i eat better than the majority of the usa. and when i eat junk food if i eat a little its cool, but when i eat a lot i don't feel good. don't cut out delicious things ayami!

  4. I'm one of the people who no longer has migraines and depression after switching to paleo. Could it be a coincidence? Sure. But I definitely think there's a connection. I don't know about social anxiety, since I've never had that issue. I would think that's more a personality trait?
