From the time I weighed myself (3 minutes ago) and now, I cant remember whether I gained .6 or lost .4... numbers were never my thing. But considering that I have cheated lots this week by drinking lots 2 days and eating out... either would be expected. (More the gain though). Kind of bummed but yes... I'll do better this week. (Dejavu?)
its lucky you enjoy eating healthy because people like me can't do that everyday. luckily i burn 1000+ calories a day. keep up the good work.
